It’s the midst of summer and offices nationwide are emptying as thousands head off in search of the perfect summer break. It’s tempting to snap up a cheap and cheerful flight deal with one of Britain’s many budget airlines, but that doesn’t always go to plan: one customer today claims he was on an EasyJet flight which had a seat with no back.
