What’s New on Netflix Australia This Week: July 19th, 2019

It’s been a busy week for new releases on Netflix in the land down under with a big mix of new movies and TV series for all ages. Here’s what’s new on Netflix Australia added between July 13th and July 19th, 2019.

Before we get into the full list of the 54 new titles added this week, here’s a breakdown of some of the highlights.

On July 15th, Netflix got a bunch of classic movies added. Big-name movies such as The Shawshank Redemption, The Goonies, and Vegas Vacation returned to the service. We also saw debuts of Happy Death Day from two years ago arrive for the first time on Netflix today.

For the kids, you’re getting both the third season of The Epic Tales Captain Underpants plus the movie release too.

On the Netflix Original front this week, we’ve got quite a few new releases to be excited for. The first came yesterday and is the Brenda Song thriller, Secret Obsession. Reviews have been mixed so far. We also got the third season of the fantastic La Casa Le Papel (Money Heist) from Spain.

Some Australian series got their release on Netflix AU this week. Criminal Justice, Newton’s Law, and Pulse all arrived this week with either new seasons or their first season.
