In 2000, Mandy Moore made her music debut with the single, “Candy.” She toured with pop group NSYNC to promote the single, and it went gold and was later adapted into a movie. She has appeared in numerous musicals during her musical career, and one of her most notable projects was opening for NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys.

 

In the same year, she also launched her clothing line for tall women called “A Walk To Remember.”

In 2001, Moore signed with Epic Records. She dropped out of high school her freshman year to focus on her music career. Despite her busy schedule, she continued to study with tutors and on-set teachers. In 1999, she toured with the Backstreet Boys and NSYNC. Her debut single, “Candy,” peaked at number three on the Billboard charts. In 2002, she began dating singer Taylor Goldsmith and released a song, “I Got You,” with him.

She was born and raised in Florida. Her father was of English descent, and her mother was from a Russian Jewish family.

Her parents divorced when she was six years old. After marriage, her parents moved to Florida. Her parents met in college and married. When Mandy was six years old, they moved to England. Following her marriage with Adams, Moore started taking singing lessons. While attending school, she also began performing in sports events. Her grandmother, who had the same interest in her, encouraged her to pursue her dream.

There, she was inspired by a young girl who performed on stage. As a result, she took home a small karaoke machine and began practicing her dream at a young age.

In addition to her acting career, Mandy Moore’s musical career also began as a child. She attended the Park Maitland School in Los Angeles and co-starred with Anne Hathaway in a musical production. Afterward, she co-starred in the popular comedy movie ‘Originals’ and ‘Crazy Town.’ She loves the singer, and her passion for music and singing has influenced her career.

 

As a child, she was a close friend of the Osbournes. The two of them had a great relationship, and she was known as the ‘National Anthem Girl.’ Her career in showbiz has blossomed since then. The actress has also appeared in numerous episodes of The Osbournes. In addition to her job, Mandy has a unique tattoo on her thigh. It shows a small sperm swimming in a pond. Interestingly enough, she got this tattoo when she was 15 years old. She reportedly had her first tattoo when she was fourteen.
